Overview
A few millimetres of drift on a bend invalidates a time. We survey the plane, set the lanes, then pour MDI polyurethane on a bound asphalt or concrete base. Sandwich puts an SBR elastic raft under a coloured EPDM wear face. Full PUR is a homogeneous pour with an EPDM broadcast. Spray-coat jogging loops are a different product - see Jogging track.

Total-station setting comes before the wear coat. Paint does not correct a bad radius.

Solvent-free MDI polyurethane. No TDI, and no lead, cadmium, chromium or mercury in the specified system.
