Synthetic running tracks
Two polyurethane track systems. One geometry that holds a record.
ProLane is the OSMS athletics line: a cost-true sandwich system for schools and state arenas, and a full-PUR pour for stadiums that need World Athletics Class I behaviour.

Overview
ProLane
Track geometry is unforgiving - a few millimetres of drift invalidates a time. ProLane is poured after total-station lane setting, on a bound asphalt or concrete base, with MDI polyurethane throughout. No TDI. No solvent. No heavy metals. The Sandwich system puts an SBR elastic raft under a coloured EPDM wear face. The Full PUR system is a homogeneous polyurethane pour with an EPDM broadcast - the preferred stack for Olympic and international-standard stadia.
Durable
Wear-resistant EPDM broadcast and a seamless PU body that holds through Indian heat and monsoon.
Innovative
Sandwich or full-pour specified to the same geometry - only the cushion chemistry changes.
Certified quality
Shock absorption, tensile strength, force reduction and vertical deformation aimed at IAAF surface requirements.
Clean chemistry
Solvent-free MDI polyurethane, heavy-metal free, specified for schools as well as stadia.
- Made from 100% MDI - no TDI
- Solvent-free and eco-friendly
- All-weather, all-temperature service
- Arena, stadium and school standards
- Free of lead, cadmium, chromium and mercury
- Odorless pour on a documented programme

How a ProLane track is built
Open a system for the coat stack, thickness bands and material take-off. The base is always surveyed first.
Athletic track solution
Sandwich system
An SBR elastic layer sealed and bonded under a coloured EPDM finish. Soft underfoot, wear-resistant on top, and the practical specification for schools, colleges and state-level arenas.
