Sports wood flooring
A maple court is a structure, not a layer of varnish on plywood.
PLAYNEX Pro is the OSMS indoor wood line: Canadian or domestic maple, moisture held at 8–12%, UV anti-slip paint, and keel geometries specified for the hall - single, double or 45-degree diagonal.

Overview
PLAYNEX Pro
PLAYNEX Pro sports wood flooring is built from first-class maple or maple-birch, fine-polished for uniform colour and slip resistance. Moisture content is held between 8 and 12% so panels do not cup after handover. Under the board: a moisture-proof PE film, anti-corrosion pine keels, and an elastic shock pad. The wear face is a waterborne anti-slip UV topcoat - including custom colour courts. Fire rating B1. Environmental class E1. Panel grades run from A+ competition stock to D for areas where appearance is secondary to sport.
Stable panels
Moisture locked at 8–12% against national process, so the floor does not announce the monsoon six months later.
True sport elasticity
Keel geometry plus shock pads for ball rebound and impact absorption - not a decorative plank on a slab.
Clean logs
Canadian maple, domestic maple or maple-birch, selected and kiln-dried before it sees a hall.
UV colour courts
Anti-slip waterborne topcoat, including custom painted keys, logos and broadcast courts.

The range
Three keel geometries
The board can be the same maple. The keel is what changes rebound, stability and the hall it belongs in.
Comprehensive sports venues
Single-layer keel
Natural first-class maple or maple-birch on a single keel with shock pads. Athletic elasticity, shock absorption and durability for basketball, badminton and gym programmes that need a true wood floor without a double-joist budget.

A+ to D is appearance of the maple - not a different sport system. Competition courts take A+ or A. Working gyms can take B.
A+
Competition face
Uniform colour, clear grain, no defects, scars or mineral lines. The board you put on a show court.
A
Choice quality
Clear texture with slight grain and colour movement and small mineral lines - no obvious colour clash.
B
Standard sport
Visible grain and colour change, small mineral lines. Plays the same; looks more natural.
C
Working hall
Scars, defects, colour difference and larger mineral lines. Specified where sport outranks presentation.
D
Utility grade
Obvious defects, large scars, colour difference and paint patches. Used where the floor is a tool, not a photograph.
Fit
Where this line belongs.

Basketball
Rebound and shock absorption on a maple face with a keel you can actually specify.
