Overview
ProCourt Vinyl
ProCourt Vinyl is a five-layer PVC sports sheet: a textured wear face, fibreglass/polyester stabilising mesh, PVC reinforcement, a foam buffer and an adsorption backing. Crystal Sand is developed around badminton movement - micro concave-convex particles for grip and moisture management, with high-density foam for ankles, knees and spine. Diamond, gem, mini-stone and snakeskin faces cover basketball, table tennis, tennis training and fitness halls. Rolls are 1.8 m wide. Thickness, wear-layer and warranty move together - we specify them as a set.
Crystal-sand grip
Micro concave-convex particles manage sweat and stop-start traction for badminton.
Athlete protection
High-density foam buffer for impact at ankle, knee and spine.
Stable sheet
Fibreglass and polyester mesh so the roll does not grow or cup on a live slab.
